Performance and use:
This product has excellent high and low temperature resistance and water and moisture resistance, as well as good electrical insulation properties and arc corona resistance. Its weather resistance, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance are also excellent. This product is widely used as a high-temperature anti-corrosion coating (up to 500 degrees or more). It can be fully cured at room temperature with two components, and the baking and curing performance is better. It can also be used as h-grade insulating paint.

Appearance: light yellow to colorless transparent liquid, allowing milky white light, no mechanical impurities
Solid content: 50 ± 1%
Viscosity: 25 ~ 65 seconds (coat 4 cups)
Epoxy value: 0.02 ～ 0.07
Packaging, storage and transportation:
This product is packed in a 200kg iron drum and stored in a cool and dry place. The storage period is tentatively half a year to prevent direct sunlight, avoid contact with acids and alkalis, and store and transport as dangerous goods.
Construction reference:
1. Two-component curing at room temperature, used in conjunction with 650 polyamide or t-31, the amount of 650 is 10 to 15% of the total resin, and the amount of t-31 is about 5 to 7% of the total resin.
2. Baking and curing at high temperature, heating up to 180 ～ 200 ℃ for one and a half hours to completely cure.
3. The dilution solvent used in this product must not contain moisture, acids, alkalis, amine compounds, sulfur compounds, and their impurities, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties of the resin paint film.
4. This product contains flammable and explosive solvents such as xylene, which should be volatilized. During the process, attention should be paid to on-site ventilation, fire prevention, and strict suppression of fire sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
5. The equipment and utensils used in the process of this product must be clean. Strictly prevent the mixing of dust and foreign matter and carry water.
